Sally Beswick is the founder of Shine Business Research, and brings over twenty years experience in market research and marketing for major private sector businesses (Boots and Cadbury) and public sector organizations (Advantage West Midlands). She was a director of one of the world’s biggest research agencies; Millward Brown. Sally has a first class honours degree in Statistics. Her expertise includes marketing strategy, new product development and communications. Sally is an experienced Focus Group moderator with strong listening and analytical skills.
Lynne Todd balances her work as an Associate Director for Shine Business Research, with her roles as a Magistrate and a Non- Executive Director of Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust. Lynne has a first class honours degree in Communications and Linguistics, and has over thirty years experience in market research, website development and Corporate Social Responsibility in the private, public & voluntary sectors (Cadbury, Business in the Community, Connexions, Arts Council).
Sally and Lynne are both Full members of the Market Research Society and work to their code of conduct.
